A Better Life
Directed all operating functions initiating a start-up national training and development company with a focus on the senior health care and caregiver markets. Responsibilities include Information Technology, Product Development, Vendor Relations, Processing, Finance and Customer Relations.

 Independence Blue Cross

Facilator for process modeling sessions in capturing requirements, identifying and analyzing core business processes and workflows. Prepared and presented process flows, user documentation and business strategy documentation. Worked with business analysts and process owners developing user testing criteria and training documentation. Primary focus on Revenue and Finance.

Penn Mutual Insurance -                                 

I worked with stakeholders to define new processes for business users for a New Business Acquisition system implementation from sales to policy issue and servicing. Build out business architecture model to leverage business capabilities model. This was supported by creating process definitions and end to end process flow diagrams. Consulted with process owners to define and incorporate key performance indicators.
